Each piece we create is handmade and custom-crafted, made one at a time with care, patience, and attention to detail. Because of the nature of handmade work, we do not offer refunds.

That said, we stand firmly behind our craftsmanship.

Lifetime Service & Replacement Promise

We proudly offer lifetime service or replacement for manufacturing defects or craftsmanship issues.

If at any point your product develops a fault related to stitching, hardware, or construction, we will:

• Repair it, or

• Replace it with a new piece — at our discretion — at no additional cost.

What’s Covered

• Stitching issues.

• Leather defects [Marks not included in this]

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear that comes with use

• Natural aging, patina, or color changes of leather

• Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, or improper care

Leather is a natural material, it tells a story as it ages. Scratches, creases, and patina are signs of a life well lived and are considered part of the product’s character.
